Well, it's thoroughly postmodern, simultaneously surreal and disjoint. I half-read, half-skimmed up to a point, then grew tired. For what it's worth, the premise reminds me of The Dreaming, a series of novels with a comparable mix of New Age, post-apoc and cyberpunk concepts. I don't know what to advise, though, mainly because I don't see the point of the story, if it has one at all. If it was more entertaining, either through the writing or otherwise, that wouldn't be a problem. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
