Browsing through the archive on my usual trawl checking for new reviews and comments, I mistook "August 2002" for "August 2003" and noticed that the game "A Certain Oscar" doesn't work because it's missing a library file.

I've now updated the ZIP file to include the missing library, and you can download the game from http://www.axeuk.com/cgi-bin/review.cgi?game=oscar, although please read my comment on that page if you're planning to run this in Quest 3.5 Beta.
