Hi, i'm new to this. is there a way so that I can turn my quest game or gamebook to an app so I can release it on the google play store? And if I did, would it be legal and allowed if I sold it on the app store for money?

As long as the material in your text adventure or gamebook is 100% original then yes, you are free to sell or market your game however you like. The process of turning a text adventure or gamebook into an app is tricky though. You'll have to search the forums ^_^ Other people have asked before.
