ERROR: No script given for '' action data


What does this mean? It's what i'm getting in my ASL log, and the script won't run with the variable i've set up. I'm not going to ask anyone to look through the code again, i'd like to try and solve it for myself.

It sounds as though Quest thinks your action has no script, and also hasn't even got a name, which is a little odd - it's as if your action line just reads:

action <>

I presume it doesn't read like that! I can take a look into this if you send me the ASL file - email it to me if you don't want to embarrass yourself again - or at least censor out anything you wouldn't say to your grandmother

::Grins:: Confidentially, I wouldn't say HI to my grandmother. Unless it was christmas or something. I see the problem is this very important variable, but it's clearly defined, named, and has attributes... Don't suppose this could be a... dare I say the G-word? Glitch?
