Does a global command automatically override the game commands?
For example with the speak command. A global command of
'#text# with a printed msg of #@playerid# says, "#text#
should override the Whoever:Hello correct?

In theory that should be what happens, but in QuestNet Server 3.53 the default behaviour for speaking to other players always takes precedence. This will be changed in version 4.0.
