Going through the Tutorial I got to the point where I was adding the tv and got the following error.

Added rooms (Lounge, Kitchen exits)

Select Lounge -> Add object (Toolbar or By Tab)
Use name -> TV

Run-time error '35601' : Element not found

Happens every time, This did not happen with Quest 4.0 beta 1
