Seriously, why doesnt my pictures work?!!!

I have uploaded a demo -

the asl works perfect, the cas breaks everytime - its doesnt get any simpler than this

why is it saying path not found and crashing???

wow, got it to work - i packaged all the images in the base directory with the asl

that kinda sux...
