You need to make sure your games have pages in the IFDB. This new database is very cool, providing custom recommendations and reviews as well as taking a cue from Alex and letting you play games right there on the spot. It is free and very worthy of your time.

How does it allow you to play the games without downloading them?
.. seems like you have to download them AND the interpreters before you can play.

I've tried it out. Yes you have to download the interpreters before playing, but it can check whether you have a correct interpreter, if not downloads it, then downloads the game, such that it only takes a minute or so before you can play the game...

No it doesn't.

It gives you one page where you can try and select the correct interpreter for your OS (I think only windows/macOS is currently put in that part but not 100% sure).
Or you hit the download for the game and it links off to ZIP files etc.

It never prompts you to go "oh, do you have this type of interpreter", and how exactly is it meant to scan your system? Some sort of java applet?

lol. That's my mum's computer... And I use firefox. You need to change the setting on the site, there's a link on the first page though to do it. I don't know about Fedora though, it prolly is just set up for mac and windows. Oh well...
