Downloading games: How?

Wheelnut
Hi, I'm new!
I recently downloaded quest 4.1.2, and I want to download some more games to play offline.
If the ''download'' link starts the download of a useable file, that's great, I can play the game.

But often, when I click the download link, I get a screen full of game coding.
Now I have this question: What do I do with the code to make the game playable offline?
I'm very inept with computers, so please keep the answer simple?

Thank you!

Hey,

all you should need to do is copy the code and paste it in notepad. Then click on File and Save As. Under the save as type, select All Files. Then for the name, save it as the name of the game with the extension .asl.

Ex:
"Hello World.asl"

Then it should work just fine. :) Hope this helps.

Yes, that did the trick!

Now I can play as many adventures as I like!

Thanks, slackers!

Alex
You can also right-click the link and choose "Save link as" or "Save target as" (depends on your browser) to save the file directly.

Ah yes, good point Alex I didn't think of that. :D
