A fresh beginner here~

So, I decided to create a game through the online beta version of quest 5.2 in this website.
Everything went great until today at morning, when I tried to publish update my game but it didn't work and instead sent me the following message "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request."

I thought its maybe a one time thing but it seems consistent.
I thought maybe its a global thing happening on this server and not only to my game, so I created a new game just for test - and I did manage to publish update it! but the game i worked hard on still gives me this annoying error

which leads me to another minor question: can i download what I made online to my computer and edit it there? Because I didn't find the option.

I will be happy to hear all kind of thoughts, thank you very much

There's no way to download games you're working on to your computer yet... but I'm sure if you tell Alex what game it is and give him your email he can grab it off the server and send it to you.

How can I contact him so he can see that? I sent a report, is it ok if I will send a Private message too? I dont want to annoy him too much
