I don't want to ship the picture/sound files with the game. That wouldn't be any fun. Is there a way to compile them in with my copy of Quest Pro? If so, how?

Not yet, though this is a planned feature. What you can do though is to put everything into one ZIP file, since Quest can now read ZIP files.
