I recently installed Quest. And from what I see it has more functions the the web. When I am trying it it seems to not run. I have uninstalled and installed it. It hasn't run once so far. Any ideas to fix it? Similar problems?

If you start Task Manager (right-click the task bar at the bottom of the screen), does it show up in there?
I've been trying to put quest on another computer, and for me, it only fails with game playing mode (as the GUI~Editor works fine). I don't have the exact message with me, but it says something like this:
(event id 59 and event id ?? - forgot. As it shows up in the run -> cmd: eventvwr -> application log)
CefSharp.WinForms.dll could not be located (even though it's installed onto the computer via the quest install wizard), and I can't remember if it said this too or not: "Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft.VC80.CRT.mui", or if this was just from my googling of the error event id.
As far as I can tell, it's that the computer is missing needed files (or there's a blockage due to comp permissions or policies), like maybe other dll 's that are needed by quest's "CefSharp.WinForms.dll" file. I'm not very techy though, so I don't really understand all this stuff too well or not at all, lol.
Simply downloading the .netframe work, isn't enough, as I did that. I haven't windows-updated the computer, and it's OS is xp, using service pack 2 (it's missing service pack 1 and 3).
