I had no idea to where I should put this so... Would it be possible to have a place on the website, for people to get the version of the game, that is in development. I remember there being a place, and I understand there may be a reason for it being taken down, if so could you tell me?

You could put it on the textadventures.co.uk site, and name it Beta Version. You can keep updating the file as more developments appear.

Although for Betas putting it on the forums might get more feedback (like WAKE did).

If by "the game" you mean the Quest app itself, there was a Beta version for a while before 5.4 came out. But once that went live there was no longer a need for that. As the next major release approaches, there will probably be a Beta phase again.

You can grab the latest source off of Codeplex if you're adventurous enough to build it yourself, but there is currently (to my knowledge) no "nightly build" or anything like that.
