The parameter on youtube videos to prevent them showing related videos when embedded is to add

?rel=0

On the end of the video string.
Is it possible to make this applicable in Quest?
Kinda ruins the vibe to have your video screen replaced by some "hilarious " suggestions from google.

I wanted to do similar when embedding a clip on a forum, but as you say the parameter can only be added to the specific embed code. If the simple URL is used to embed, such as the case on some forums, no equivalent parameter exits. At least not one I could find.
