The default help command is to pop up a box with the Quest quick-help in it from what I can tell. How can I change what is in the help box instead of just printing my help on the screen? Thanks.

I don't think you can change what's in the box but you can override the "help" command with a custom command of your own and put whatever text in there that you want.
