Is there a way of making a timer do something after say 1 minute of it started?

Yeah, you set the timer to run at 1 second intervals, and every time the script runs, add one to a variable. When the variable reaches 60, make it perform an action

OR - Instead of 1 second intervals... get this..... You could try:
60 second intervals!!!!!!!
I know, amazing! 60 Seconds being - a minute... And guess what - no need for an extra variable which is USELESS otherwise!
