I just want to make it simple as choosing to attack or defending.

Adding RPG aspects to Quest is EXTREMELY complicated and definitely not for beginners. I recommend using Pixie's CombatLib as it provides easy to follow tutorials and has a variety of features for you to utilize. Here is the link if you'd like to check it out.
