Could it possibly be because they're all miniscule, buggy, poorly written and probably going to show Quest in a negative light?

That, and me not actually getting round to approving them. I ought to finish off the system I was making for letting other people do that, but of course that takes time as well. Bank Holiday weekend coming up so maybe I'll come up with something, but don't hold your breath...

To be honest, if they're all 10KB in size, littered with spelling mistakes, buggy and not very well written, it's probably better not to include them at all. No games is preferable to lots of bad games.
