Portable or USB?

I'm on a school computer and I need to install Quest for a project. However, I can't run setup files. Can anyone send me just the actual exe files etc. I can run exe files (so I CAN play games and such) I just can't install them with a setup file.

there's a lot of them... (lots of library files), as well as the 'quest.exe' file, we'd have to "zip" them, and they may even require a certain heirarchy and names of folders... for the 'quest.exe' to use them... meh

I suggest carrying your game and all the files for it on a USB. But make sure you frequently copy all the files over to your computer because if the USB drive fails and you have to dig around inside it...well....trust me it's not something you want to do! I even carry around on the USB a copy of the most recent Quest set-up and Notepad++ just in case.

Anonynn!

Keep in mind that Quest has system level runtime library requirements which the installer installs (dot net things), which won't be in the Quest folder and won't end up on your USB. That's not to say it won't work on a given machine, but it might not depending on what's installed.
