Exits are Objects

Let's say you're standing in a room "Clearing" and to the north is another room "Fort". The northern exit is named "Fort" so you can say "go Fort" and you'll go north to the fort.

However How can I "look at" the fort while I'm in the Clearing? Fort is a room, to the north, and a named exit (to the Fort room) inside the clearing.

Do I have to make a fake object in the Clearing room called Fort?

Is there a way to use the UI to click on "Fort" and have the options "Look at" and "goto"?

Yes. You can create an object and give it a "go to" verb which moves the player to another room.

You will still need an exit if you want the map and the "go" command to work, because they only look at exits.
