The way Twitter reacted by taking the Turkish peoples side can relate to the Derek Siver’s video “Starting a Movement”. In order to take charge of a situation you need to stand up for something. By giving the Turkish people ways around the ban and using hash tags in order to get the Turkish people’s views on the situation,the people were given hope and a voice to stand up to their government and start a movement.\n\n[[Return|Begin]]

The Egyptian people used Ghonim’s page to organize protests and raise awareness around the world.\n\nSuccess doesn’t happen alone.
