Where to find IFDB

Hi,

Where do I find the IFDB for my games? - is it the code at the end of the URL?

What'chu talkin' 'bout, Willis?

(I thought we had to manually submit games to IFDB, but I could definitely be missing something.)

I think i see, now.

Right-click on "Download file" and copy the link for IFDB's "download game" link:

Download from textadventures.co.uk (http://textadventures.co.uk/games/download/o-z2suivgkeemlvq3qgn0w)

Then just use the link to the main page for "Play online":

Play it online (http://textadventures.co.uk/games/view/o-z2suivgkeemlvq3qgn0w/a-christmas-game)

Thanks, my mistake/typo, I meant IFID code, I have added entries on IFDB for my two Xmas games (Bony King and W.O.W. are already listed), but one of the fields is for the game's IFID code, I've just left it as 'unknown' for now.

See here (http://ifdb.tads.org/viewgame?id=us4bvsed3luztlid)

Cheers and Happy New Year!

Isn't it the Game ID? (That's what I use.)

Here's the IFDB page for Pixie's Quest:

I link "Play online" to the game's main page instead of directly to the game so people can log in and save and stuff.

Yes. I used the game ID for mine.
