What about developers who have taken the time to code their own system to make a text RPG interactive story that goes beyond simply click and go? For instance I created this: RulerOfKings.com which allows you to not only read the story but create your own while building a detailed character. There are no options for me to share it based on your current system.
If it's made in HTML5, you can upload it to textadventures.co.uk regardless of what it was made in. I have a Twine game, a Texture game, and two custom games here, one of which is composed of several files. All of them worked just fine on the first try.
Ruler of Kings however, if I understand correctly, is a multiplayer game, which means it has a server component... which means it's not stand-alone and you can't just upload it wherever. Itch.io or Game Jolt wouldn't be able to accept it either, for instance. I dare say it's not exactly reasonable to expect that from a general-purpose game portal/marketplace.
But you can always tell people about the game and invite them over to play. Others have done so successfully on this forum. Check your referrals!
There was one other person who made a MMO life simulator text adventure. I don't know the story behind it though, so I can't tell you if that will help. Search for it, young one.... ...I'm being dramatic....
felixp7, thank you for the break down. Yes it has a server back bone. Where would be the best place to share it and invite others?
K.V. I had actually thought about doing that but I thought it would be taken as a link hijack or blatant spam hence I proposed a secondary section.
Well, that does give me an idea. Make a new game here, then link whatever game you have to that.
As I said, people here hate ads. So don't over do it.

Yeah...
I almost didn't post it, but you seem to be on the level.
...others reading this may not be though, so I'm editing that post.
The iframe thing would have probably been fine. The player would still see the ads from this site (I think).
I don't know, though.

You can have an online Quest game inside of an iframe in a Quest game, but you'd have to widen the game Content display. (NOTE: I've loaded a game this way, but I never widened it and played it.)
I rather not create a game here just to link to another. I try to create stuff considering how the end user will feel about it and if I were the reader I think I will be put off by it, but thanks anyway.
Please send me mail to my inbox if you know other places (sites) I could probably share my creation.
PS. This site does not send out notification of replies?
