The Mysterious New Woman
Chandra
Jo casually walked into school as the new semester begun. This term she resolved that there would be no shenanigans. After almost ending up compacted with her sister a break from the insanity that had become her life was in desperate need. Jo decides that maybe the life of adventure isn't all it's cracked up to be. "God I'm starting to sound like my sister." She mumbles out loud. As she shuffles through the crowded halls saying hello to her new acquaintances everything felt normal again. She sighed to herself, this is how her life should be, going to school, texting cute boys, and occasionally causing trouble. As she grabbed her books and headed to first period she wistfully thought of all the mundane things she would do this term. She could go shopping at the mall with those new girls she met, or maybe Ash would take her out to a movie... As she was contemplating all of the normal things she could do she looked up and saw an unfamiliar teacher in her home room. This woman is not someone you forget. She is easily six feet tall with heels on, has long golden hair, and did I mention breasts the size of cantaloupes! Jo stretches her head outside the door to make sure she hasn't walked into the wrong room. Nope, room 212 is clearly printed on the door, definitely her home room. She stretches back to her body and takes her normal seat in the middle of the room. Maybe it's just because the new teacher is the epitome of gorgeous but Jo is already not looking forward to today. The woman standing before her was difficult to miss. The woman looked like a model out of a magazine.
Everyone in the room wore the same look of disbelief. While some were tinged by jealousy or disbelief most of the boys gazes seemed tinged by complete happiness. Jo decided she didn't much care one way or the other about her looks and took her usual seat in the middle of the room. Jo settles in and takes out her books with a bit of a frown on her face. As the rest of the kids start shuffling into the classroom she notices a familiar face who is absent. Usually Lilith and Jo share the first period but today she is strangely absent.

The bright and cheerful new teacher smacks the desk twice with a ruler to show that class has started. "Well kids I'm happy to let you know that I'll be your new home room teacher! I'm very sad to report that your previous teacher had some personal issues that had to be taken care of," She wears a pouty face as she says this over animating every sentence, "In light of those circumstances they asked me to come teach you!" Every sentence out of this woman's mouth is filled with a wave of emotion. Jo rolls her eyes to herself, this is going to be a long day. The teacher finally introduces herself as Miss Xeh (pronounced zhey) and she begins the class lesson.
As Jo walks down the corridors later in the day she notices a grating headache forming, everything about today is getting on her nerves. Even Ash hasn't bothered to text her for a few days. She hates to admit it but that's probably the real reason she's upset, even though she tried to put it out of her mind she can't help but be bothered by his absence. "Whatever." She says out loud accidentally, some heads turn to look at her but she just keeps her head down and walks away. It's like nothing can go right Jo thinks as she turns the corner and who does she run into but none other than Ash. But Ash isn't alone and the scene in front of her makes her want to run away and puke. Up against a locker is a beautiful tall dark-haired girl who Jo has never seen before and Ash is standing over her, a hand placed on the locker next to her. A seemingly intimate moment, Jo thinks maybe it's just some sort of misunderstanding.
