In Club Asteria, you play as a *red* or reduced human, 2 inches tall, who was hired by Club Asteria, an eccentric club that employs both normal sized people and tiny people.
Your day is broken down in 2 phases, in which you can engage in a variety of activities, tog ather credits and experience. If you do not rest enough, you will not be able to work. If you do not eat enough, you will receive penalties, and eventually a game end.
Each activity will improve your skills, which allow you to earn more from your daily tasks, and take special actions during events. Consult the character page to see your skills and the progression towards their next level.
Special actions will appear as: (text-colour: "#b3ffd9")[`[`Skill`]` Action], your relevant skill will be tested against a certain difficulty class (DC); if it is equal or higher, you succeed.
Do not be afraid to try an action even if you do not think you can make it. Failure is not always negative, it may simply be that your reward may be lower, or you may temporarily be impeded to perform certain activities.

You were born in a red-only city, but just when you were about to reach adulthood and independence from your family, an economic downturn wiped out your plans for the future. }You nervously stumble out of the metro station, blinded by the sudden flood of light. When you finally regain your sight, it is the vastity of the city that again overwhelms your senses, the sheer size of the landscape is almost too much for your brain to process. The sounds and smells of the city are so strong you can barely stand them.
A foot landing just feet in front of you shakes you out of your stupor. The woman quickly turns away, and enters the building standing besides the metro exit. You look up and see the gigantic sign of Club Asteria greeting you. You steel yourself and walk to the comparatively tiny entrance at the side of the main door.
Inside, you are sent forward by a few red employees, guiding you through the maze of red-sized corridors running through walls, floors and ceilings, until you eventually end up in front of a door. Over it, the sign read (text-colour: "#a4c0f4")[Miss Mcneil]'s Office; you recognize the name: she is the owner of the club.
You step in, and find yourself on a titanic desk; you can see pens, papers, phones and monitors in the distance, at the other side of the wooden desk. In front of you, instead, you can see a small crowd of reds waiting. You join them.

[[Continue->Club Intro 2]]Soon enough, a woman enters the office. She is the picture of a business woman: pale skin, dark brown hair, a stern but delicate face, ice blue eyes hidden behind a pair of glasses; a womanly figure with generous curves, that her business suit struggled to contain.
She silently approaches the desk. She leans forward, her figure towering above the small crowd of reds. "I see the new hires have come, in time. Good, that is a good start" she says.
As soon as her words leave her lips, however, the door behind you slams open, and a man runs forward. As soon as she sees the giant woman, however, he freezes in place, then kneels down "I'm terribly sorry, Miss Mcneil; please forgive me."
"It seems I have spoken too soon." She takes a long look at the man, then she expertly grasps him between her fingers and brought him before her eyes. "You and i will have an... extended interview later" says, as she lowers him on a platform outside of your field of view.
She then looks back at the group. "Let me explain how things work here: The contract you signed grants you a bed and clothes; you will have to pay for everything else. You will receive club credits each day, depending on your task and performance, with which you will be able to access the club's shop."
She takes a pause. "You are free to decide your own assignments each day, but be warned: Those that do not work will not be paid. And without credits, you will not eat."

That is all." she says, pointing at an old red man on the desk, standing a feew feet away from the crowd. He steps forward and bows briefly, then gestures to the group to follow him. You comply and quickly leave the giant office.
You again navigate the corridors in the walls, and soon enough you find yourself in a red-sized structure. There, the man leading them stops and says "Rules: do not leave the building unless authorized; do not wander around at night; do not exchange credits between yourselves; do not speak to the guests without being prompted; obey your superiors."
Concluded his speech, he leaves, while one of his assistants takes the lead. You are shown the bathrooms, laundry and the access door to the shops. Finally, you are divided in groups of four and assigned each to a room.
Finally it is your turn. You enter your room and start putting away your things in your personal locker. There are two men and another woman with you.

After several hours of grueling work, you are finally almost done. It is in that moment, however, that you hear the door opening, and a bright giggle immediately afterwards. The whole crew freezes in place. The door was supposed to be closed!
You see a girl stumbling inside, her black dress stained with some sort of liquid. She launches her hands forward to grab the counter, which she uses to support herself. Another giggle escapes her lips. She is clearly drunk.
You feel a light breeze wash over you, and with horror you realize that you are in the trajectory of her left foot; her flat rapidly advancing against you. You have but a few instants to react.

You jump just in time. The shoe misses you by mere inches. You feel the gust of wind generated by the foot's movement hitting you in the chest, and making you roll painfully against the floor.
Meanwhile, the woman keeps stumbling forward, advancing towards the sink, completely unaware of what is happening beneath her. Suddenly, she brings a hand to her mouth, violently turns towards the bathroom stalls. She pushes herself forward.
You are out of her reach, but another one of the group is not. Seeing the woman coming towards him, he jumps away, but a bit too late, as the flat collides with his back, propelling him forward in the air.
None dares move to help him, until the woman locks herself in a stall. You too rushes towards the unlucky man. Fortunately, he is alive and relatively well, just a couple of bruised ribs.
A couple of people brought him away, while the foreman contacted one of the giant coworkers to solve the issue. Fortunately, the rest of the day was quite uneventful.

The size of the room astounds you, although you are pretty sure, judging by the giant cooks, that it is not out of the ordinary for an establishment with a clientele the size of the club. You enter from an entrance on a counter just on the left of the main entrance, then you are quickly distributed to the various tasks, like cleaning pots and dishes, preparing the ingredients, assisting the chefs, and more.
You are assigned to desserts, where you oeprate a series of machines to prepare the ingredients, which are then assembled by a normal sized chef, in your case a young woman. While your task for the day seems quite easy, once you got the hang of it, you are worried by the nervousness and clumsiness of the giant woman. You will later learn that she was a recent hire, and was not yet used to working with reds.
Later in the day, that would became apparent when a hasty movement of the woman sent both you and another red into a bowl filled with cream. The viscous liquid proves to be quite the challenge to overcome, you feel your body sinking furhter into the bowl.

With a mighty effort, you manage to escape the creamy trap. You try to attract the attention of the young chef, but to no avail: Her mind is completely focused on delivering the dish she is working on. Seeing your red co-worker sinking further in, you try and excavate her out.
It is only when a waiter comes, however, that the situation is resolved. Noticing your efforts, he helps you rescue the trapped red. She is fine, fortunately, though exhausted by the ordeal. Soon after, you can see him reprimand the young chef.
You take a deep breath. That was too much excitement for your first time in the kitchen. Fortunately, the rest of the day will prove to be much more relaxing.

Being able to be served and interact with reds is one of the selling point of the club, after all, and this ingenious system allows the tiny workers to operate independently, for the most part, from their giant counterparts.
Your first table is nerve wracking, but you handle it fairly well. The young giant couple you have to serve is clearly excited and a little nervous. You do not fare much better, but the quick training you received that morning is enough for you to make them happy.
The next order, unfortunately, will prove to be more troublesome. You need to bring a cappuccino and a croissant to a lady on the far side of the room, sitting with a teenager you assume to be her son, completely engrossed by his cellphone. From a distance, she looks like a middle aged, with a sobre attire and quiet demeanor. She greets you with a wide smile and immediately engages in conversation. "My, look at you! If you aren't the cutest thing." She lowers her head down and brings her hands near you, stroking you with one of her fingers as she keeps asking you about your life as a red.
You do your best to entertain her, despite being rather uncomfortable. She does not look like a threat, but you never know: It would be easy to just snatch you away, and you do not trust the club to come rescue you in such a situation.

Fortunately, the kiss is brief, although yuo soon realize your uniform is now covered in her lipstick. She let you go with another sweet smile, as you say your goodbye. You get to the bar again and take the next order. Fortunately, the rest of the day will prove to be much less intense.

You notice there are several corridors branching off fromt he main room. You decide to explore one. Fortunately between the number of people and the loud music, hardly anyone pays attention to you. The corridors give access to a series of small rooms, you venture into one of these.
Inside, you see a giant bed, with two women on it, one in underwear, with the logo of the club on her panties and bra, the other completely naked. The club woman is on her knees, overseeing the other one, who is laying on her back. You then notice several tiny figures running all over the naked woman's body, who struggled to remain still. You leave the room, and quickly move towards the security office. You enter it from the red service door, whcih puts you on top of the front desk of the office. She almost completely fills the couch in length by herself. She is likely the tallest person you have ever seen in your life, though with giants it's always a bit difficult to judge heights.
Her size is magnified by her powerful build. Even under her hoodie and jeans, you can clearly see her muscles bulging out with every movement. The sharp lineaments of her face are framed by short black hair, with the sides of her head shaved almost clean.
She has a fucused, but frustrated expression. That is not a good sign, but you still have a job to do. You see the bell ring nearby, you ring it. The woman, surprised by the sound, turns her head towards you, then back at the phone. "Fuck! Again. You fucking piece crap!" She screams at the phone's screen.

After a few tense seconds, the guard turns around and leaves. You take a deep breath, and your heart starts to calm down. You decide to go for the easiest target and run back in the dormitory. You do not want any more close calls.

You leave the office, a bit worried by the task given to you. You make your way to the front of the club. It is still early, so no clients are around yet. The girl finally notices you as well, her expression relaxes, in fact she seems more fascinated than anxious now. She quickly recovers however. She obeys, a tiny woman separates fromt he group and positions herself in front of the boss. "Your numbers are mediocre, but within the acceptable range. You can go, but I expect better results next meeting." The red woman bows and leaves, barely keeping herself from running away.
"Jonah Kline." She calls, and a red man answers, visibly trembling in front of the colossal woman in front of him. "Your performance has been terrible. Not acceptable at all. A punishment is deserved" she states, without giving him even the possibility of defending himself.
She picks him up between her fingers, then she extracts her right foot from her heels, and drop the tiny man inside, sealing him in by putting her foot back in. "It's not use complaining, young man. When she is satisfied with that area, she lies one of her feet sideways, so that you can access the rest of her foot. You move to her arch and ball, where you keep up the strenuos task of giving relief to her tired feet.
You finally reach her toes, which you take care of one by one. They are long enough to be a challenging foe for your muscles, but you do your best nonetheless. Fortunately, it seems that your effort does have the intended result, as you visibly see her relax on her seat, and her breathing slow down. You repeat the same exhausting task with the other foot. By the end of it, your muscles hurt, and your sweat runs copious, due to the sheer heat radiating from her skin.
"That was great. I really needed that. My feet thank you, but..." she pauses for a second. "Why don't you give them a proper thank you as well? This was you punishment, and they have been excessively kind to you, I would say."
Taking the hint, you nod and and get close to her sole, then you kiss it several times. You do the same for her other foot as well. Finally you see her bend down and scoop you up.
"Well, aren't we talented. I guess you are forgiven for your infraction." She thinks for a second. "Give me your name, please." You do so. "Well, $lastName, you are free to go, but do be careful next time, all right?" (set: $graceRelationship to it + 1)

Fortunately, she soon releases you, but only to trap you again, when her toes comes down to grab you. You are then let go, buried and picked up again several times. For the next few minutes, you are reduced to nothing more than a stress ball, tortured by her feet for her own pleasure.
When she finally had enough, she scoops you up. "I can't say I am impressed, but it was still pleasant enough. I guess you are forgiven for your infraction." She thinks for a second.
