This is not my thing, and I am not sure quite what the expectations of the genre are, but I think the idea is that getting swallowed whole is the climax, and the fun is putting it off as long as possible.
There is a lot of content, and it is well written for the most part. But it has some issues. The setting does not quite make sense, with a cathedral at the top of a very high tower, for example. The choices are limited, too many leading to an early (if erotic in the genre) death. I think it would have been better if I had known or could decide what animal and gender my character is, as these characteristics seem to define a person in this genre. Some rationale about why you are there would be good (but missing from a lot of adult games I have played recently).
