This is adult rated because it deals with death - and in my opinion, does not need it even for that.

It is basically saying death is inevitable. You can play as a toddler, an adult or an old person. Which you choose, you get a single choice, and die either way. It feels like it is trying to be deep, but there just is not enough there to make the point. It is well written and technically fine, but too short.
