Is there a way to see data and statistics on the choices made by users with a gamebook?
I need to know how many people come to each end of my story.

There isn't any kind of reporting for games, unfortunately.

However, if you just want to know how many people reach each end, you could probably do that using images. If you put some suitable pictures up on a web hosting service that shows you the number of times each file has been loaded, then you can include one of those images in each of the ending passages. This won't tell you how many different people have completed it, and it would be possible for someone to share the image link with others if they like the picture, but it should give you an approximate number of completions.
