How do I utilize worn objects?

So let's say, for example, I wanted to make a crown, which will allow you to walk on water when you wear it.

Using the "Wearable" feature, how would I go about making certain verbs later on have one outcome while worn, but another outcome when it's not being worn.

Try to keep it simple, I'm using the GUI editor.

You can check an object's worn flag to see if the player is wearing it.
