I thought stu was banned.... So even if davidw is banned we can expect he'll come back? That's like cockroaches that wont go away. dang it.

Alex can probably ban by IP address, and so would have to keep going through if it keeps changing. Only thing is, you might get Stu's IP address from time to time - so it's sometimes dangerous.
