Post Your Desktop (56k no)

I think Im Dead
So as a break from the typical drama bomb that seems to be occupying this chat forum, I figured I'd go ahead try a good old fashioned post your desktop thread.

In case you don't know how, you can just go ahead hit your PrintScreen key on your keyboard, then open up your favorite image program(or plain old MSPaint if that's all you've got) and press CTRL+V to paste an image of your desktop, then save as a jpg, and upload to your favorite photohosting site, then paste the code they give you here.

imageshack.us and putfile.com are just examples of these types of sites.

I'll start things off with an old desktop example and my current desktop.

Old Desktop, very heavy use of Active Desktop and scripting, but very cool and functional.

New Desktop, very "less is more" type vibe to it, just running BBlean with a style designed to emulate a windows xp look and a wallpaper I thought was like a childish version of XP's bliss wallpaper.

So please, everyone take a break from bickering and (hopefully) coding to show off your desktop environment, wether it's a plain windows theme, some fancy linux kde or gnome setup, your favorite wallpaper, or maybe something new that we haven't even heard of before.

Image of my desktop.
There's an Earth image in the background (I currently have it switching between about 15 and it changes every 5 mins or so).

A few KDE windows open in Fedora Core 5, I've installed AIGLX so I get nice transparent & shadow windows. I've customised everything there, I've also got amsn up with a webcam session going (that took ages).

I'm in the "do things so that they work the way I want 'em to".

I would make the bar across the top smaller - but I can't without the icons getting silly-small (and my applications are hidden in a drop-down bar at the top).
