Just a quickie. I would like to change my username to match the Dev name I use (System Masters). Is this possible?

It makes the branding and links on my website (www.systemmasters.games) more aligned.

If that's not something the admin would be willing to do, could I change it to C64 Mat instead, as that's become my new ID across many sites now.

I think the only "solution" is to create a new account.

I've seen many people ask, but I've never noticed their names change. Also, no one ever answered them in the threads I've seen. So, I assumed it was a no-go.

But, if the username displayed in the forum doesn't change, then I was basing my theory on pure 100% BS (which I have been known to do). :)

Apparently I can change names, and Mataeus now has a new name. Curiously it is the same here, but if you click on his name, you will see the new name. Hopefully he can still log in?

I assume it's the same as avatars; cached at the time the post is created.

What's really great is that, my game uploads, reviews and comments all show (to me at least, post cookie-clearing (if that makes a difference somehow)) as System Masters instead of Mataeus.

Although I do see my previous posts in the forums as my old name, but that's not important - I'm just glad that everything's done!

(To log in, I just put in my new username and current password. I noticed it had changed when I launched the desktop Quest app to work on The Foundation, and saw that my comments on The Shack had been credited as 'System Masters'.)
