I was wondering: are there any other good and useful PHP tools, if you take out phpBB, PHP Nuke and PHP Plot?

Isn't phpBB a bulitin board? Why is this a tool?
Personally, I suggest just two things: Notepad (winXP one... on 98/ME I suppose wordpad will do) Antechinus PHP Editor - this highlights PHP code and whatever, you can also get a nice start-up program to stop the pop-up's and whatever. This allows you to also run the code through a PHP parser on your machine to see the output...
Personally I use notepad and easyPHP 1.7 to save and run my PHP scripts on my machine locally - Notepad's quicker with larger files and is just much more simpler.

By PHP Tools I didn't mean programs that would help you write and manage the actual PHP code, I'm talking about well known, versatile, PHP programs like phpBB and PHP Nuke. I was asking: does anyone know any more like these?
