Dynamic Player Description?

I would like to have a text file or object that changes depending on what Objects are in my inventory, and that when I look at the Player Object - that is what is shown.

The theme of the Game I am creating is of Personal Evolution, and Self-Reflection and figure that the best way to show this is to have a Player Description that is updated Via Certain 'Objects' that may or may not be visible in rooms but will be added to my inventory by performing certain actions or using certain exits.

Another thought is to have a Room that Serves as the Player Description, and that these Objects are sent to that Room instead of the Inventory... and that when looking at the Player, that Room Description is Displayed.

I actually prefer this idea as it will keep the inventory uncluttered and for Useable Items only.

Not knowing how to program...

I was thinking of when looking at the Player, it creates an Object 'Environment' in the Current Room and then Moves the Player to the Room that Serves as the Dynamic Player Description... then have an Exit in the Player Description Room, that when used takes the Player back to the Room in which 'Environment' exists and then Removes 'Environment'.

How would I do this?
