I've noticed, whene'er I try to play any game on the offline launcher, I cannae, like, DO anything. Click an object 'r whatnot, select an option like "Use" 'r "Speak to" 'r so on, but it dunnae seem to have any effect? Likewise, typin' a command 'n hittin' enter does nothin'. Any common issues that can cause this? 've tried re-installin', movin' files, etc, but 've had no luck. Tryin' it online works fer up to 2 minutes of gameplay, but that's 'bout it.

Sorry I was too busy being entertained by DavyB to actually read your question.

Try right-clicking Quest and then "Run as administrator".

I'm having a major issue with Quest 5.8.0.... I cannot play any games using it as pressing command buttons or command linked text does nothing. I am sure that this isn't lag, as typing commands also does nothing, pressing enter doesn't even seem to register... I'll admit, I'm no pro with this program, so if I'm overlooking a simple fix to my problem, I'd appreciate it if someone would point it out for me. If not, has anyone else had this issue, and if you know how to fix it, please let me know.

Small update: Running the program as an administrator seems to fix the problem, though I can see it becoming slightly tedious over time.
