I cannot download my game to try to sort any possible issues causing it to not publish.

i.e.

• Have I over used the audio library size allowable for mp3s?
• Do I need to edit game and remove some of the sounds and resubmit it?

I am at my wits end. The game I created took me many months to tweak and polish, yet I cannot publish it or download it!!

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

It sounds like you are using the online editor to create your game?

I've replied by email as well, but for posterity - this was caused by having two similarly named uploaded files, only differing in capitalisation. It turns out this causes a bug which means that not all files get added to the ZIP file, which broke publishing and downloading the game in this case (as the ZIP ended up not including the game file).

I went in and manually deleted one of the files, which has fixed this game so it can now be published.
