Thank you to everyone who has helped us so far, in case you couldn't tell we are training new people as developers and so naturally they have a lot of questions, however since we are also new to the program we tell them just to post the question to the forums so that way we can also learn the answer and then be able to teach the next "batch" of developers, whenever they may come
