I'm going to write a gamebook in Italian and I aim to distribute it as an App (either for free with banners inside or for a little money, mostly to cover the expense for the cover art).
How does it work the conversion from Squiffy to Phonegap? Is it a passage accessible to someone with no coding skills? Is there a guide or a FAQ specifically for that? What about the paying, is it difficult to set up? Does anyone know what % of the App price do the author get?

On the forum of that site, there is an italian community interested in interactive fiction (mainly in its development).

Squiffy generates an HTML page powered by JavaScript, so you can follow the instructions available here: http://phonegap.com/getstarted/
I successfully got a working example following those instructions, so you can ask to me for help, if you don't succeed.

I haven't investigated this aspect, but I suppose that, when you have your android (or other platforms) app, you can open an account on the Android (or other) Market to sell it. Anyway I hope that someone else here will explain the procedure, because I'm interested too.
