My question is this: I plan on submitting my story to Google Play and the Apple store. Can I submit my app chapter by chapter? Each one will be it's own, kinda like television show in a series. But what I'm trying to do is keep it going- submit now, and piece by piece, as opposed to submitting when the whole thing is complete. If that makes sense...

Given that Squiffy runs in a browser, you could make your app so it downloads the data from an external source. That way you could update your app whenever you wish as the data is actually being loaded from a remote sever. I suspect most people wouldn't want to constantly download another app just to continue the story.
