New sections open in unwanted places on a phone or device screen.

I place the Squiffy Build Files on my host's server and link to them on a page through pointing an iframe. All works well but....

When Restarting or entering the first time to the site, the device will display the top header and at the start of a page/section.
When moving to a new section, the display is not at the top of that page/section but could be anywhere requiring the user to scroll back to the top to begin .

I would like for the user to start at the top of the information that is on the new page/section.

Not sure if this behavior is part of the Squiffy generated code or part of the iframe behavior.
