The game is split into phases, or terms, each term you will have to make a decision based on what you think is best (or worse) for your country (or your Swiss bank account).
At the beginning of each term your loyal assistant and freind, "papito", will greet you and give you an update on what the major issues are regarding your island. Try to balance freedom and power, happiness and unhappiness and you will prosper. I hope you enjoy.
