It is day. It is vibrant and warm. I should be soaring carefree, feeling my wings cut gently through the fresh summer air. I should be making lazy, long circles around the fields below. I should be high above the troubles of the world below, concerned only with the most common of desires -- eating, breathing, shelter. But, no. There is much more to be concerned with. Today, I cannot relax and enjoy the beauty of my surroundings.
I must flap for my life.
