You are trying to survive in New York 3 years after it fell. The fall was caused by mass terrorist attacks all over the city, a plane flew into the Empire State Building as 4 bombers in each corner of the building blew up, at the same time 3 bombers at each of the government buildings blew up to, causing the NYC fall of 2100.
