As the emperor relocates the capital to the hastily built fortress-city of Samako, a wave of ghosts and demons unleashed by the Great Awakening follows, spreading plague and darkness. To contain these forces, the city relies on occult defenses maintained by monks, priests, warriors, and inquisitors—and the malevolent spirits are unrelenting.
You play as a novice inquisitor tasked with investigating a series of disappearances inside an abandoned pagoda where screams are heard but no one returns. Armed with holy weapons and protective charms, you must uncover the truth and confront whatever horrors lurk within.
