In the quaint, chilly Finnish countryside, a lonely man named Henri Hämäläinen lives alone in a cabin with nothing more than a bootleg copy of a newspaper dated to 1899, a rusty old knife, a decaying rubber spatula and a cracked mirror.
After a washed-up politician stumbling his way through the forest drunkenly recites a Satanic ritual, Henri's trusty mirror comes to life and immediately begins preaching about the end times, staying calm, and a severe lack of women.
Armed with nothing more than the few trinkets he calls "company" and a sentient glass holder, Henri leaves home for the first time in 20 years, on a journey to the nearest town to figure out what's going on, and why trolls, ghosts and biblically accurate angels are making fun of him.
To get there, however, he'll need to remember how to even go outside...
This is a demo for CELSIUS: STAY CALM!, an upcoming (in fifty years) game by Becky M. Wilder.
