You play as Maria, a migrant fleeing violence in Guatemala. You attempt to cross the dynamic and dire Mexican-American borderlands. Your journey will take you through treacherous terrain, human predators and unexpected allies. Manage your health, money and inventory carefully - every decision could mean life or death.

HOW TO PLAY
Borderlands: A Migrant's Journey is an interactive fiction experience where you navigate a perilous crossing through typed commands. The game understands both simple verb-noun inputs ("take knife") and complex sentences ("ask the medic for bandages, then drink water").
