Firstly, I want to say that I like it so far.
Obvious mistakes:
You are in an Amys Closet. (Why would it be Amy's room if you are Amai? Also, the prefix can be removed.)
You are in an Amy's Room.
You are in a Hallway 1. (This might be the name? - Give it an Alias of Hallway)
> look at Bed (Did not work first time) - Left the room and came back and it worked
>look in Full Length Mirror (Did not work first time) - same as above

Obvious spelling mistakes/typo's:
This clost is locked.
umcomfterble
yoiu
staps that you ti around it.
She sat down on the bed and looked at her.

Nice to have:
> answer door (Be good to see the door in Places and Objects)

Mistakes:
School clothes has got 'wear' twice.
Dirty Clothes has got 'dig through' twice - After finding the weapon pouch, you get the same description when digging again.
And your purple pajama shirt was ruffled and wrinkled from you sleeping in it - I am wearing my school clothes?
> take Rose
You pluck the flower from the vase.
> knock over Vase
You knock over the flower pot and the water leaks out and the flower falls to the floor. (I already took the rose?)

I was impressed by:

What! You can't drop it! What would your brother think!
Switching on the light and seeing the clothes.
Searching for stuff

Am I suppose to be able to go downstairs or is this where it ends for now?
I really wanted to play further. Like the fact that there are descriptions of mostly everything.

I liked it and wished there was more and maybe there is and I am just missing it. I honestly think that this is a title that I can enjoy.
