It seems this game requires MOVECONT.LIB which is not included with Quest by default. I have now updated this game's ZIP file to include this missing file, so you should now be able to play it.

If you're using Quest 3.5 Beta, please extract the files before opening OSCAR.ASL. If you try to open the ZIP file directly Quest will not be able to find the library - this is an issue that will be addressed in future.

It was silly, the game didn't even work on my computer. I opened it up in Notepad and the game descriptions were mediocre.
