In Beverly Hills, California, a place known for its kidnappings and murders by the Smiley Killer, who goes around kidnapping people, leaving a smiley ball behind, then returning exactly 24 hours later to leave the person there with their hair ripped off their scalp and their body dismembered. The police have still not been able to catch this serial killer. Thankfully, Maya has been living in California all her life and is devoted to solving this case!
