IPv6 by Ashley Trinh

In a hurried attempt to solve the world’s address crisis, an international committee decided it would be best to allocate IP addresses by population growth. Regions with the highest rate of growth were given more addresses per citizen, and regions with the lowest rate of growth were given less. Addresses could now be bought and sold for a hefty sum of money.
